Observation

WAC 110-300-0200(4): At the time of s a site visit a staff member changed a child's diaper and did not wash her hands before or after changing the child. When it was brought to the staff member's attention by the licensor she washed her hands. WAC 110-300-0200(5): At the time of the site visit a staff member changed a child's diaper and allowed him to go play and did not have him wash his hands. When it was brought to her attention by the licensor the staff member had the child wash their hands.
